ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are growing our management team and are now recruiting dynamic and performance proven assistant managers to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Assisting with driving sales, profit and ensure the achievement of the stores key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Providing inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability
  • Maintain a focus on business acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the store
  • Ensuring display, presentation and housekeeping standards are maintained
  • Drive a customer centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
  • Adhering to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Retail management experience is necessary
  • Ambition to progress within retail
  • A strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate team members
  • A high focus on providing excellent customer experiences
