DELIVERY POLICY

Piper Lane will deliver products ordered by you to a courier or postal service of Piper Lane’s choice to the delivery address that has been provided by you. By accepting these terms, you agree irrevocably to appoint and do appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the Products on your behalf, and delivery to the courier or postal service shall be deemed to be delivered to you.

All delivery is subject to availability. If there is any delay in delivery, we will notify you of this and give you a new delivery time. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any products are not available.

Customers who have placed online orders and have agreed to have their order left at their door if no one is home to sign agree to the take full responsibility for all purchases. These purchases are deemed to have been delivered by the receiver under this authority and instruction.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

INSPECTION OF GOODS AND YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to the conditions set out below, if you establish to our reasonable satisfaction that any Products are not in accordance with these Terms or any other contract between us or are defective, your sole remedy shall be limited (as Piper Lane may elect) to the replacement of the products or refund to you of the purchase price and any delivery costs or, where sums are owed by you to us, the issue of a credit card account refund against return of the products. If we require you to return the products to us and they are defective we shall reimburse your reasonable postage cost of returning them. These remedies are subject to the following conditions:

the claim is made in writing to Piper Lane within two (2) days after the order is received

the products to which the claim relates are returned to Piper Lane within that period suitably packaged and carriage-paid and, where relevant, in accordance with any particular instructions that we may have notified to you at the time of supply. Returned products or parts must be accompanied by an advice note stating the Identifying Number and the nature of any claimed defect, together with such further information as Piper Lane may at the time of supply have stipulated.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are wishing to return products because they are faulty please see the "Inspection, Delivery Delays and Non-Delivery" paragraph above. You may also return any products (excluding swimwear and jewellery items) within fourteen (14) days of receipt for any reason. Goods must be returned in original condition as received. Worn products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns/exchanges. For change of size, colour or style, requests needs to be made in writing to our customer service team (online@piperlane.com.au). There is no re-delivery fee for exchanged goods delivered within Australia.

Sale items are final and not returnable. 

You have the option for a full refund through your original payment method or a 120% store credit as your refund option. An online store credit voucher will be sent via email for 100% of your original purchase plus a bonus 20% on top. This option does not apply for purchases made with a discount or promotional code.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing refunds once received. 

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you have changed your mind. 

Purchases completed during a promotion with a promotional code are not refundable and will only be exchanged.

For hygiene and health purposes we do not exchange or refund on swimwear and jewellery items.

  

EXCHANGE POLICY

For incorrect sizing we are happy to exchange for another size once the incorrect size has been returned. Upon exchange we will gladly send back the correct size free of charge. Free shipping on exchanges are limited to one exchange per transaction. No exchange on Sale items. 

 

PRE-ORDER PURCHASES

All pre-order purchases are eligible for full refunds up to the time of delivery and after receipt of goods in with the above mentioned return policy. If you would like to cancel a pre-order purchase after payment please email online@piperlane.com.au to arrange this.
